Here are the Google Maps directions from Gloucester Bus Station → Being Peace centre. It helps to know that:
Cost: £3.00 for a Single journey, and can be purchased on the bus, or via the stagecoach app.
At Gloucester Railway Station, head towards Platform 2, and take the City Centre exit.
When you come out the Railway Station into the city centre, the Bus Station is ahead and to the right. You should be able to see some buses, beyond the taxi rank, under the flat white roof to the left of the whiteish building.
According to Google Maps, I think you can take either the 24 or 33 (and maybe others too) to Mitcheldean (Lamb Inn) stop.
But be aware - the big screen in the Bus Station seems to be missing some information. Its listing did not include the bus that Google Maps was telling me about, and Google Maps was right!
It’s a little under half an hour to Mitcheldean (which is the village after Longhope). The Lamb Inn is the cream building ahead on the left.
